This policy covers this corporate website only. Our products — VioPost, PM Intelli Hub, and Kanzul Azkar — each publish their own privacy policy governing the data they collect. Nothing in this policy replaces or overrides those. Please refer to the policy published on the relevant product’s own site or store listing.

- Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records routine technical information for each request, such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, and timestamp. This is used to operate and secure the site.
What we do not collect
- This site sets no cookies.
- This site runs no analytics, advertising, tracking, or profiling services.
- We do not create user accounts or profiles on this website.
- We do not collect payment information through this website. This site processes no transactions.
How we use it
We use what you send us solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use server logs solely to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the site. We do not use any of it for advertising or automated decision-making.

- Formspree receives contact form submissions and relays them to our mailbox.

Retention

Emtsco is based in the United States, and information sent to us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a United States recipient.
